This one-woman performance will tell the story of abuses women face in the world and will meet the audience with a strong narrative language and impressive stage design.
Theme of the Game
The play “Dot” centers on the stories of women whose bodies, art, customs, laws and even technology have been exploited from the past to the present. A wise woman from the Black Sea region, Ana Nokta, accompanies the events as a narrator. The transmission of many different stories through a single character makes the play both a powerful narrative and a deep character study.
The voices of abused women are brought to the stage!
The play examines how the laws, traditions and systems imposed by society shape and limit women, while also questioning how art and individual freedom are limited.
